If you would like to provide us with feedback on one of our members we have had dealings with a copy of the consumer satisfaction feedback questionnaire is available here. You can also complete it online.
This questionnaire has been devised by REAL. The company that sold or leased you your home generation system is a member of the REAL Consumer Code, set up to ensure that consumers receive a high standard of service. As part of our work we monitor how satisfied consumers are with the service they have received. This is why the company is asking you to complete the questionnaire and return it to REAL.
We will treat your response in confidence. We will not share it with any organisation except perhaps the Office of Fair Trading. We will aggregate your response with all the others we receive and analyse them so that we can identify any emerging trends. We will then publish the results of our survey in our annual report.
If your response suggests that you are very unhappy with the service you have received we may approach the company on your behalf to investigate the matter if you tell us you would like us to do so.
