This is a joint statement by the parties in the matter of Crystal Windows & Doors Ltd v. Renewable Energy Assurance Ltd and Renewable Energy Association, a claim brought in the High Court of Justice, Queens Bench Division (Claim No HQ12X02695).
The Claimant and the Defendants are pleased jointly to announce that all matters giving rise to this claim have been settled by mutual agreement, the details of which have been agreed among the parties to be kept confidential.
