Please read these terms and conditions (‘Terms’) carefully. You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit an entry as part of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code Survey Promotion.
Each prize promotion will commence at 00:01 on the first day of each calendar quarter and close at midnight on the last day of that month. Entries will be accepted from 1 July 2015. The first prize draw will begin on 1 October 2015 and it is currently envisaged that the last prize draw will take place on 1 October 2016 (in respect of entries received up to 30 September 2016) although the Promoter reserves the right to extend this period.
The Promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over except employees of Renewable Energy Assurance Ltd., Renewable Energy Association, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

There is a limit of 1 entry per purchase. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. You will be entered into the draw for the quarter in which you complete and submit your survey.
Each quarter, 1 person (Winner) will win £100 in Amazon vouchers.
Each person/household/company is entitled to only one Prize per quarter.
On or around the 1st day of each subsequent quarter, the Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Promoter during the previous quarter.
Winners will be notified by telephone using the contact details provided on the entry form. Winners must acknowledge this notification within 14 days in order to claim their Prize. If they do not do so then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to an alternative winner. The Winner must provide the Promoter with an eligible proof of purchase. The Prize will be in the form of a voucher, sent by post following receipt and validation of the proof of purchase.
Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, damaged or unreadable, whether due to failure or non-availability of the website, the submission of incomplete information or any other reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.

By entering the Promotion, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion.

The Promotion and these Terms are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
