Memorandum of Understanding for approved Consumer Codes

Ground rules to ensure high standards of consumer protection in the sector

As a Consumer Code approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute RECC has agreed to certain ground rules for working jointly with other approved Consumer Codes operating in the sector. These ground rules are set out in a Memorandum of Understanding which aims to ensure that high standards of consumer protection are maintained throughout the sector.
