Online training resource exclusively for the use of RECC members

RECC has put together a comprehensive on-line training resource exclusively for the use of RECC members. The training resource covers all the essential elements of consumer protection legislation and the Consumer Code. It is set out clearly and in a user-friendly format, with real examples from the small-scale generation sector to make it as relevant as possible.

This online training resource is ideal for you and all your staff to use to ensure that you are all fully aware of your legal and regulatory commitments. In addition we will shortly be introducing an interactive element to the training so that you and your staff can test your understanding of the contents.
