RECC welcomes the Financial Times highlighting the importance of domestic renewable energy installers being a member of a Consumer Code. Consumer protection is as important as technical competence and Consumer Codes are essential for getting this right. In 2024/25 only 0.1% of the 350,000 solar PV systems installed by RECC members received complaints.
