BSI has launched its consultation on proposed revisions to PAS 2030, the standard against which installation companies wishing to participate in the Green Deal will be certified. MCS installation companies wishing to install microgeneration as part of a Green Deal will have to comply with the core requirements of this standard, though it is intended that the technical requirements (currently set out in Annexes U to Z) will continue to come from the MCS standards.
The consultation is open to public comment from now until midnight on 19th October, and can be accessed at the following location:
