Lawyers acting on behalf of DECC have submitted their final appeal to the Supreme Court. If the panel of judges agrees to hear the appeal the outcome will decide if the lower tariff rate of 21p/kWh will apply to installations from 12 December 2011 or from 3 March 2012.
