RECC has today published a comprehensive overview of its activities and achievements during the course of 2018. Charting the work of the dedicated RECC Team during the year, the overview has sections on: Code membership and the wider sector, benefits of Code membership, work to promote the Code, monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Code, resolving consumer complaints and the governance of the Code.
Launching the 2018 Annual Report Virginia Graham, Chief Executive, said:
"This record of our achievements during 2018 speaks for itself. At this challenging time when financial incentives for small-scale renewable energy generators were reducing dramatically, I am proud that RECC members persevered, continued to install and started to develop innovative offers. In doing so, they continued to uphold the high standards of consumer protection set out in the Code. I salute the work of thd RECC Team in helping them to do so and in taking effective action where they did not."
