RECC is pleased to announce a new Primary Authority Arrangement with Surrey and Buckinghamshire Trading Standards.
This Primary Authority Arrangement is a means for RECC to receive assured and tailored advice on meeting consumer protection regulations and trading standards through a single point of contact. This Arrangement provides assurance to all RECC members that our suite of guidance and model documents is legally sound and accurate.
This Arrangement replaces the one RECC previously had with Hampshire Trading Standards who are no longer offering a Primary Authority Service.
